A legal disclaimer
1. Access & Documentation
1.1. We reserve the right to take photos and/or videos of the vehicle before, during, and after the detailing process for
documentation, proof of service, and promotional use.
1.2. By booking a service, the client gives permission for our team to access the vehicle and work in a safe, legal, and
accessible location.
2. Service Limitations
2.1. We do not clean bodily fluids (e.g., blood, vomit, urine, feces) or hazardous materials.
2.2. We reserve the right to decline any service if the condition of the vehicle poses health or safety risks to our staff.
2.3. We do not guarantee complete removal of deep stains, permanent marks, scratches, or damage caused by prior poor
maintenance or improper washing techniques.
2.4. We will not be held responsible for any damage or issues resulting from aftermarket modifications, weak paint, or worn
interior materials.
3. Liability
3.1. Signature Detail Co is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle including, but not limited to, scratches,
dents, rust, paint defects, or cracked trims.
3.2. Clients are encouraged to report known issues with their vehicle prior to service.
3.3. All detailing is done with the utmost care; however, detailing can reveal imperfections that were not previously visible.
4. Payment & Cancellation
4.1. Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
4.3. If the client is unavailable or the vehicle is inaccessible at the time of service, a call-out fee may apply.
5. Weather Policy (Mobile Services Only)
5.1. In the event of poor weather conditions that make detailing unsafe or ineffective (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds), the
appointment will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
5.2. If covered or sheltered space is available and safe to work in, service may still proceed with the client’s approval.
6. Chemical Use Disclaimer
6.1. We use professional-grade detailing products and chemicals that are safe when used correctly. However, some
individuals may experience temporary effects such as mild coughing, irritation, or dizziness if present during or
immediately after detailing.
6.2. We recommend allowing time for proper ventilation before prolonged use of the vehicle following interior services.
6.3. If you or any passengers have allergies or sensitivities, please notify us prior to your appointment so we can
accommodate where possible.
